The Joint Board
The Joint Board is the administrative body for both the Trust and the Corporation and consists of 7 to 13 Members. There are currently 9 Members. (See Organization for more information.)
The Members are appointed by the Trustees and Directors. It is preferred that two of the Members be Liaisons. Joint Board Members generally serve three year terms.

Liaisons
Each property in trust with OSALT has a Liaison. The Liaison (sometimes referred to as Site Managers) are the link between the Joint Board and the land. (See Organization for more information.)
Liaisons for each site are appointed by the Trustees and Directors, usually on recommendation of the people actively involved in the work at the site. Liaisons have no fixed term of office, but generally serve so long as they are willing, and the people active at the site wish them to continue.
